I have spent several years mastering my skills in 3D sculpture and assemblage, and I am now confidently integrating these techniques into my 2D photographic collages. Using my own photographs, objects, and found imagery, I create pieces that reflect my vision. I occasionally use AI as part of an image. I call these creations "huellas," or footprints, to highlight my personal journey from a blank canvas to a finished piece. Each step of my process is intentional, capturing the essence of each moment as it evolves. My art draws inspiration from my surroundings, current events, and my emotions. I reject the distractions of audience expectations, marketing, and criticism; my focus is entirely on responding to my inner calling to gather elements and create something meaningful. Although I critically assess my work, I refuse to let my inner critic stifle my creative expression.
These combination/collages are in chronological order from first to most recent.
